Schools Leadership in Improving Islamic Education Teachers’ Professionalism in Poso Regency

چکیده

In educational institutions, schools are led by a principal with the authority to lead school leadership style. Leadership is how leader influences subordinates' behavior so they want work together and productively achieve organizational goals. A style that does not involve assistants in making decisions will result disharmony relationship between led. Therefore one of factors determine manager's success. This study aims role high principals Poso increasing professionalism Islamic religious education teachers. uses qualitative method. Data was collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, written document analysis. The results this indicate three types owned implemented Poso, namely democratic leadership, Laisses Faire, Transformative. Then there several efforts made improve teachers, empowering competencies possessed involving teachers teacher organizations, conducting training, workshops, supervision, providing opportunities for continue their education.
